Welded construction

Besides welding various types of steel and stainless steel, we also specialize in welding aluminium alloys. We employ highly-qualified welders with certifications following the European norms. The most commonly used methods are MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG.

We can produce our own constructions and frames

In 2015 we purchased a press brake, which allows us to bend and then weld our own constructions and frames. We can offer our customers a design and production of various bent and welded structures according to their requirements, for example, metal machine frame.

Serial and piece production

We weld small parts, using our own tools, as well as large heavy constructions. We also provide serial production for our regular customers leading to favourable prices thanks to welding machines which we make ourselves for this purpose. In this way, we are able to make our work more efficient, automatic, and – as a result – cheaper. We produce up to hundreds of thousands pieces of serial products a year.

At Zihos, we care about our employees' professionalism

All our welders have welding certifications according to the norm and we also have a certified welding engineer in our team. It is our long-term goal to employ the most qualified people in our region and provide them with further professional training. We believe that such philosophy makes us an adequate competition even to Czech companies far bigger than us.
