Design

   We are also able to design and manufacture more complex parts and structures. We use primarily 3D designing software to create assemblies, tools and machines. The complete assembly is then used to create individual drawings.

Calculations

   We also perform strength calculations for welded pieces and assemblies using the end-element calculation method. Results point to critical spots which are structurally modified as necessary.

Programming

   After the design is completed we create a programme for CNC machine and verify the entire path of the tool. The programme is then sent to the machine and the machine is ready to manufacture the part.
